Other products: can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt. Exchange: available within 3 days from the date of receipt. No requests are accepted after the specified period. Second: Products not eligible for return or exchange Product packaging. Orders from outside Saudi Arabia. Tabby and Tamara installment orders: exchange only. Products on discount displayed on our site during the annual sales are not eligible for exchange or return, and products exchanged cannot be exchanged for other discounted products. Third: Return and exchange fees Return: in case of return, the shipping fee for the return is 58 SAR. For cash on delivery payments: an additional 10 will be deducted. Exchange: the exchange fee is 38 SAR. The customer is allowed to exchange only once and cannot exchange or return the exchanged product. Fourth: Conditions for accepting return or exchange The product must be in its original condition without use. Packaging, tags, and stickers must be complete. The security seal on the item must not be removed. The product must be free of odors or makeup traces. The invoice must be attached with the product. Return the free gift if available. Fifth: Return process Contact customer service to request a return or exchange. The shipping label is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund process will begin. Sixth: Refund The amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days via the same payment method or bank transfer. In case of a manufacturing defect, the full amount will be refunded without deducting shipping fees.
